What do you love about the area?: We love our corner lot location with our many trees and private backyard. Beyond the wooded backyard is a wetland which provides us with lots of nature. Our home is close to biking trails and parks and all the conveniences of downtown.


What are some great things about North Branch?: It is a small town with convenient access to the Twin Cities. In recent years the town has brought in many new businesses that have allowed for shopping convenience. We have enjoyed all the outdoor activities that the North Branch area has to offer like fishing, boating, biking, downhill skiing, and golf. We have also enjoyed the convenience of the local movie theater with great prices!

 

What restaurants are nearby?: North Branch has 10 parks that are all conveniently located.

 

What grocery stores or nearby shopping is there?: We love the convenience of shopping at the North Branch outlet mall and Shopko. The County Market is a great place to shop and has a fantastic deli. We also like shopping at the local small-town businesses for their convenience and friendliness. A new health food store just opened, along with a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels.

 

Information about the schools in our area: We feel fortunate to have raised our kids in the North Branch school system. We always had a positive experience with teachers and staff and the many opportunities our children had for academics and extracurricular activities.

 

What do you do for interests and hobbies near the property?: We have enjoyed the convenience of bike trails, golf, parks for the kids, downhill skiing, lakes, and the many social events in North Branch and the surrounding areas. We loved that we are within walking distance to most of the things in town yet our neighborhood is quiet and full of nature.

Key points about the house that we were drawn to when we first looked at the home: When we bought this property, we were drawn to the corner treed lot with the woods in the backyard. We love the cozy gas fireplace, large family room and sauna in the downstairs bathroom. The bedrooms are large and two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets.
