What do you love about the neighborhood?:We love the small town feel with plenty of walking trails in a safe neighborhood, parks are within walking distance, and shopping within five minutes drive. There are several ponds and lakes in the area. We are in a great school district.

What are some great things about your city?:The things we love about Lino Lakes are the biking/walking trails, parks, just a few minutes drive to a movie theatre and YMCA. We have a great Community Education program through the school district. The National Night Out night brings our neighborhood together. Our library has a story time program for small children and summer program for all ages.

What restaurants are nearby?: We love to eat at Applebees, Arby's, Noodles and Company, McDonalds, Subway, Don Julios, Starbucks, Punch Pizzaria, Caribou Coffee and Annie's Wok.

What grocery stores or nearby shopping is there?:We have the choice of two Cub Foods. We also have Aldi's, Festival Foods, Target and Walmart.

Information about the schools in our area: We have a wonderful ECFE program, K-12 education at Centennial School District as a great reputation for academic excellence and sports programs.

What do you do for interests and hobbies near the property?:We love walking/bike riding on the many trails in the area, Rice Creek Campground and beach are nearby, parks are within walking distance. In the summer, going to the library and participating in their programming. The kids love to do the Park and Rec programming at the park in the summer.
