We love living in this small community where everyone helps each other out. We watch out for each other. We love the schools. All you need is right here without having to go to a bigger town. Everyone has kids, neighbors are very friendly. There are occasional block parties.

There are three schools in town; they are adding on the high school and added onto the middle school last year.


What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?


We loved walking on the bike paths and fished the many area lakes ... Elk Lake, Lake Fremont and Ann Lake


Key points about the house that I/we were drawn to and list of any updates to the property:


We have loved our maintenance free landscaping; all we have to do is mow. The cul de sac is great with no cars going through. The neighbors are very friendly. The quick access to 169 is very convenient. We recently updated the carpet and painted. Through the years we finished off the lower level, landscaped the yard, built the shed in the back yard, and did the ceramic bath. Just seal-coated the driveway.
