What you Love about the area:


I like the Hugo area because it gives you a country feeling. It's outside of the cities but only 15-20 minutes away.


Great things about your town/city?


Highway 61 has a paved bike path that's great for biking, jogging, rollerblading, or even snowmobiling in the winter.  Overall, it's a great town.


If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?


In the summer, the community center is a fun place to be. It has a park, gym and 2 pools.

The Blue Heron has awesome food and drinks.


Wonderful Grocery Stores or near by shopping:


There is a festival foods in town. But if you wanted to do more bargain shopping, there is target or Walmart only 10 miles away in Forest Lake or Vadnais Heights.


Great things about the Schools:


White bear Lake District schools are good. They offer a hand full of different elementary schools for the kids with extended daycare.


What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?


I love hunting and fishing. So being close to numerous lakes and land is awesome.


Key points about the house that I/we were drawn to when we first looked at the home:


I would say the view from the kitchen/deck is the best. It's what I love about my location. There is a great view of a hobby farm, with horses and wildlife.


Average utility costs?


Utility costs are not bad at all. Very affordable.
