Cub is located near Anoka about 8 to 10 min. away. Anoka co-op is a block away & offers organic food. Costco is about 8 minutes away down Maine street.
Key points about the property that I/we were drawn to?
When I moved to anoka, I was looking for a place where my laundry room was not in a basement, and also fell in love with the roominess of the house, the park nearby, my small private porch in back, fireplace among other.
Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted?
Quiet neighbors, large area with tall pines in between units providing good privacy.
Any great schools or other things to mention?
Do not have school kids. But elementary and middle schools are walking distance. My kids went thru Anoka schools and they are very good.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer?
Since Anoka is not so large, yet is close to other cities, there are a lot of places to eat, visit, shop at, etc. Meanwhile, it retains its unique historical look & feel.
What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?
Lots of parks around. Three Rivers Park (Elm Creek Preserve) is nearby. Off leash park, trails etc.
