Small town atmosphere, to raise a family in, biking paths, BMX facility's close. Convenient shopping store's. Easy access to the Cities, yet you have a great heading north for lake country.
If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?
The house sits in my opinion one of the best developments in the area. Well situated in a wooded area that gives you a quiet and secure feeling , while you can still run to town in 5 minutes to the grocery store to pick up something you might have forgotten to get for a back yard barbecue.

There is some great local restaurants in town to go to, Don Julio's, is a great Mexican restaurant, Pizza Pub has great Pizza and Cold tap Beer, as well as other good local restaurants and national chain restaurants. And of course there is a wide range of bar's that serve great food as well in and around the area.
Grocery stores I love to shop at?
Local grocery County Market has a large choice of items and is our main stay of shopping, Cambridge/Forest lake area close enough for other options such as Cub foods, Walmart,Aldi's Target.
Key points about the property that I/we were drawn to?
When we first where looking to move to the North Branch area we where immediately drawn to our current property because of the private woods. We enjoy sitting on our back deck watching and hearing the birds. Grilling out for us is almost a daily occurrence out on our Ipe deck. Our house has everything that is needed all on one floor. High ceiling's and big bedrooms, separate vanities. the full daylight basement offer's a spacious entertainment area.
Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted?
We love the area because of the small town feel, and our home sitting in a wooded environment. If we want to go to the cities, it is a easy commute.
Any great schools or other things to mention?
The school was the main reason we moved to the North Branch area. great teachers, and curriculum to raise our kids in with a small town feel. Teacher's know who your kids are and get more of the teacher's help.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer?
We love our that we built and have put a lot of attention to detail's that are not only visible to the eye, but are critical in the over all performance of the home. (Insulation, high end fixtures, High quality window,s high end furnace). If you are a person that likes to have shop there is a room in the daylight basement that make a wonderful shop area, or can be converted into a separate mother/father In law kitchen dining area. the basement floor is heated with in floor heat.
What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?
We love to spend our time watching our grand kids in BMX. raising our kids we went on the bike paths, snowmobiling.
