What we Love about the area:


What I really liked about my home when I purchased it was that it was centrally located. It is close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and lakes. Vadnais Heights is a community of people that really care about their city.


Great things about your town/city?


Whether it's a lake or park you're drawn to or bike and hiking trails, Vadnais Heights has them all. There are plenty of places to walk, hike, and fish. There are also a couple of great nature centers nearby to have a picnic or see the wildlife that live in the area.


Great restaurants nearby:


There are plenty of places to eat within two miles from home. If it's fast food that you like, there's McDonald's, Burger King, Arbys, Subway and Culver's within 2 blocks. There is also great Asian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants in the area. Applebees and Noodles and Company are just down the street.


Wonderful Grocery Stores or near by shopping:


Shopping is made easy from my home. Cub Foods is only 2 blocks away. Target and Walmart are about a mile away. Walgreen's is a block away along with places to get haircut or your nails done. Need to mail a letter? The Post Office is just down the street.

All the appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, furnace and air conditioner were purchased new in 2009. The water heater was replaced in 2014. A new water softner was installed in September of 2015. The window in the living room was replaced in 2012. All rooms have been painted since 2011.

What drew me to this home in the first place was not only how well the property was kept up, but the close proximity to all the food and shopping in the area. Everything you could want is within a mile from home. Freeway access couldn't be better with 35E being only two blocks away.
