What do you love about the town your home is in?
First, responsible and decent people live here, there are parks, biking paths, is quiet, save, even kids are free to play all around because our road is private. We have community center and town hall.
If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?
Our neighborhood is great for parties, is friendly and welcoming. Behind my building is LA fitness for exercise and also bowling you can walk to or drive there in 3 - 5 minutes. There is also clinic like allina clinic, you can get everything you want around you.

Great restaurants in 5 - 10 minutes drive on white bear avenue close to Maplewood mall.Italian restaurants great for dates and couples, you can also meet with friends and mark your birthday there.
Grocery stores I love to shop at?
Grocery stores or nearby shopping centers are available also stores where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables. Shopping malls where you find different stores like Mary's Sears, JC penny and there are always great deals you'll love.
Key points about the property that I/we were drawn to?
A lot of updates in the house like new appliances, new floor, new furnace, new water heater, new water conditioner, new yard fence, new doors in fact the house is in a pretty good shape and move in ready. When we bought the property we were drawn to the private yard, cozy fireplace, great sunset, big bedrooms, big family room etc.
Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted?
Great sunset here. You can link this place with anywhere you are going easily. We have big playing ground for different sports. , gas stations, trees all around us provides us with shades and fresh air.

Great high school and middle school across the road like 5 -10 minutes drive.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer?
I love how clean the community is and how the trees are lined up. There is peace and rest of mind in this community, I have never heard of any robbery or anything stolen by anyone. We are all decent and educated people.
What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?
I love going for walks, going to gym for exercise and also shopping at the mall.
