Our neighborhood is wonderfully located. It is convenient to both down town Minneapolis and St. Paul, now especially so with the light rail. It is also very close to Como Park, which is great for walks and community events. Also, the zoo is in walking distance. In addition, there is a brand new children's playground just two blocks from the house.

My favorite restaurants around this home are:

Gabe's a popular sports bar is just around the corner--and the popular restaurants on Grand Ave just five minutes away.

Grocery stores I love to shop at?

In addition to major grocery stores and Target less than five minutes drive away, Aldi is just down the road, and Trader Joe's just a bit further along. Also, Harmar and Rosedale malls are a short drive away.

Key points about the property that I/we were drawn to?

Ever since we first saw the house, we loved the large picture window--it faces east so the morning sun floods in. With four bedrooms and two baths there is lots of space to spread out. The private back yard is ideal for enjoying time outside.

Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted?

The house is tucked away on a dead end street with very little through traffic. Also, the yard backs up to an open wooded area, so it feels secluded in the backyard.

Any great schools or other things to mention?

There is a great variety of schooling options in this area of St. Paul, including both public and private, as well as charter schools. 


What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?

The kids live all of the parks within walking distance, and especially Como Lake and Zoo. They learned how to ride their bikes on the street in front of the house. Their grandfather enjoys Como golf course when he visits.
