What do you love about the town your home is in?
The things we love most about Brooklyn Park are well kept parks nearby and they are easy to access. Brooklyn Park is close to the "big city" as well as the smaller cities. Brooklyn Park is a good central location making it easy to get anywhere.
If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?
Our neighborhood is close to many different parks. It is also close to a paved walking/running/biking path.
My favorite restaurants around this home are:
Our favorite restaurants nearby are Roasted Pear, Sammy Perella's, Mad Jacks, and anything in Maple Grove. There are a lot of different options.
Grocery stores I love to shop at?
We love shopping at Cub Foods because its close, clean, friendly employees, and lots of coupon options for groceries and gas. Free cookies for kids :) There's also Champlin Target which is close if you prefer Target. That one is also clean and enjoyable to shop at.
Key points about the property that I/we were drawn to?
When we bought the home we were drawn to the open floor plan. We also liked all the bedrooms on one level. We liked the location of our home and how convenient it is to access different nearby cities.
Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted?
Again, we love the location and that it is so close and convenient to almost everything. Maple Grove, Champlin, Blaine, MPLS, Etc.
Any great schools or other things to mention?
Our children are not school aged however we have taken and been a part of the school districts Early Childhood Education programs. Our children loved going to "school". The teachers were amazing, the classroom size was sufficient and I think my kids took away a lot from the program since they did not every attend daycare.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer?
We LOVE our fenced in backyard and patio set up. With the summer month coming up there is a lot of time spent in the privacy of our backyard with the new Cedar Fence.
What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?
We walk the neighborhood and the paths to the different parks in the area.
