What we Love about the area: 

I love the neighborhood, because it's nice and quiet. Also everything is close by, like Menards, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Aldis, Cub Foods and many places to go out to eat at. There's not much traffic on Schilling Circle, so thats a plus. There are many parks and bike paths to enjoy! What I like most about where I live is my backyard goes out to a woods and also there's a pond, that my yard goes to, that has plenty of wildlife to enjoy, from my 32 by 14 deck, facing the pond! So overall it's a great place to live!!! 
Great things about your town/city?  

I say, the great things about forest lake it's an easy commune to to the cities. Plus many of the places, that you need to shop at are right in Forest Lake! Our neighborhood is great for having friendly neighbors!

There's parks and playgrounds close to my house. 
Great restaurants nearby: 

I love to eat at Applebee's, Famous Dave's and the restaurant right on the lake! 
Wonderful Grocery Stores or near by shopping: 


Theres many grocery stores to shop at Cub Foods, Target, Walmart, and Aldi! 
Great things about the Schools: 

The schools in Forest Lake have teachers in all grades that care about their students education!! The schools offer a wide variety of sports for both boys and girls! 
What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property? 


I love to walk down to the lake and enjoy the park and the lake. I also go biking on the great bike paths they have at Forest Lake! 
Any additional property highlights, upgrades, recent updates that have been done: 

My updates to my home were done shortly after I moved in my house in april 30, 2009. The updates include a new roof, a new furnace and central air conditioner. A new hot water heater. All new windows and patio doors. A garage door and new motor for the garage door. A new front door to the house. Plus both doors in the garage were replaced. I had all new flooring put in the upstairs. The downstairs was completely gutted and torn out because there was a mold problem. So everything downstairs is new. The sheetrock, carpeting, lighting, and the tile flooring. I even had a new sump pump installed and a new water meter. Also all the appliances were brand new in 2009. 
Key points about the house that I/we were drawn to when we first looked at the home: 

The main point I wanted to buy this house was the privacy of the back yard! Also the deck, which runs the whole length of my house facing my backyard and the pond. 
Average utility costs?

I have xcel energy for my gas and electric. I'm on budget helper and I pay $117 a month. Im very happy with that monthly bill, because I use my car a lot during the summer time and I keep my house at least $68 during the winter time. My garbage bill costs $26.53 each month and my sewer and water bill costs me $36.71 each month.
