We love the cul-de-sac location, Woodlake Nature Center, Eagle family living in the tree on our block, small town feel, easy commute to airport, central location, many parks, great neighbors, close to Southdale Mall, Mall of America, many Target stores, and Galleria. We love living in "Edinafield"!

The things I love about Richfield are many parks, biking paths, great shops, convenient access to the Cities, small town feel/big city living, Centennial Lakes walking paths, mini golf, paddle boats, close to the Minnesota Zoo, Valleyfair, Veteran's Park. Farmer's Market in the summers and great 4th of July celebration.

Our neighborhood is great for visiting with friendly neighbors, biking in the cul-de-sac, generosity opportunities with Value Village, Goodwill, and Savers.

Lunds and Byerly's are only a couple of miles away and have wonderful produce, many coops like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Lakewinds, Sam's Club, Rainbow, Cub, Target.

What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?

We love being close to everything and the convenience of all of the choices. Close to the lakes and many parks to play, bike, and visit.

Other property updates would include new air conditioner, front patio, new gardens, rock beds, shed in the back yard, vegetable garden.
