What do you love about the neighborhood?: We love the Cul-de-sac location. The town of Wyoming is a small town with an easy commute to the Twin Cities. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and it feels like you live in the woods. Comfort Lake boat launch is close by which enables one to launch their boat easily. We are close to Forest Lake and North Branch for medical needs and local shopping. Fairview Hospital is within 5 minutes of our location.

What are some great things about your city?: There are many parks, a skate board park within a couple of miles, and two parks right on Comfort Lake. The bike path starts in Wyoming and goes all the way up to North Branch. Forest Lake, which is within 3 miles has many celebrations especially on the 4th of July with its American Legion 4th of July Parade. There is also a community theatre with performances held at the Forest Lake High School.

Community Services includes the YMCA and Anytime Fitness. There are Boutique, Antique and Thrift Stores in the area. Other services include 2-3 food shelfs, and a Senior Center. There are many Churches of all faiths to choose from and all are easy to locate.

What restaurants are nearby?: We love to eat at Applebees, The China Buffet and Don Juan's in Forest Lake. In Wyoming, we have the Village Inn with very good food and a local Sports Bar on the main drag.

What grocery stores or nearby shopping is there?: Our favorite store is Aldi in Forest Lake. There is also a Cub and Walmart. Menards and Home Depot for home improvement needs. All of these are approximately 3-5 miles from our house.

Information about the schools in our area: Our Children went to grade school in Scandia. At this location the grade school is Wyoming Elementary. The middle school is now located next to the High School on Highway 97. Both of our children attended the Forest Lake School District 831 which is the same for the Wyoming location. We are happy with this school district.

What do you do for interests and hobbies near the property?: My wife exercises at Anytime Fitness two days a week. She also volunteers at Community Helping Hand Thrift Store.

Tell us about any additional property highlights, upgrades, recent updates that have been done: The property highlights are: a new roof in 2016, remodeled kitchen, and hardwood floors in 2015. The outdoor pool was enclosed in 2006. This is the great room as I would call it. Very beautiful.

Key points about the house that we were drawn to when we first looked at the home: We bought the property because of the huge pool room, great updates, beautiful landscaping and backyard. Everything is updated and like new.
